Simmons Services, LLC ("Simmons Services", "we") runs simmonsservicestx.com and the Simmons Employee Hub, the private portal our employees use for onboarding paperwork, time off and company documents. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Website. If you contact us or request a quote, we receive what you send us, such as your name, phone number, email address and vehicle or fleet details. Our website host also collects standard visitor statistics.

Employee Hub. When you sign in with Google, Google tells us only your email address and a Google account ID. We use your email address to match you to your employee record. We never see your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. Information employees enter in the Hub (contact and emergency contact details, time off requests, signed documents) is used only to manage employment at Simmons Services.

How we use and share information

We use this information to respond to customers, provide our services and manage employment. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google Workspace and Squarespace, or when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Employee Hub records are stored in Simmons Services' Google Workspace account. Each employee can see only their own record; office staff we authorize can see all records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some employment records must be kept for the time the law requires.
